The vehicle cannot wait if you are absent or not ready because it must collect other guests. If you miss the included pickup, you must arrange and pay for your own transport to the confirmed pier, and the ticket is non-refundable. If you prefer not to wait, contact SamuiToday before leaving the hotel to confirm the correct pier and check-in time, then travel there at your own expense.

- The Full Moon Party attracts a very large number of participants each month. Guests may need to queue and wait for hotel transfers and boats, especially during heavily booked periods.
- All pickup, departure, crossing, arrival, and return times are approximate. Boats may not leave exactly on time because of passenger volume, queue management, operational requirements, sea conditions, or strong wind and waves. On-time departure is not assured.
- Waiting or operational and weather-related delays are not grounds for a refund. This does not remove the standard right to cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
- You may use an available return boat. Published return times are approximately 23:00, 00:00, 01:00, 02:00, 03:00, 04:00, 05:00, and the final boat at 06:00. Follow staff instructions and do not miss the final 06:00 boat. Return operations depend on queueing, capacity, sea conditions, and operator instructions. If you miss the final return, arranging and paying for alternative transport is your responsibility.
