The 24-hour period is measured from the scheduled service start date and time shown in the booking, calculated in Asia/Bangkok time.
Cancellation and refund outcomes

Full Payment booking, cancelled at least 24 hours before scheduled service start | Refund of the online amount paid, less any payment-processing and refund fees actually incurred and not recoverable by us, unless a stricter cancellation rule was clearly displayed on the product page before payment. |
| B. Full Payment booking, cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled service start | No refund. |
| C. Deposit Plan, customer cancellation | All amounts already paid under the Deposit Plan are non-refundable, including the initial 30% deposit and any later balance payment. |
| D. SamuiToday or the operator cancels before the booked service begins | If the customer does not accept an offered alternative or rescheduled date, refund the online amount paid in full without deduction of payment-processing or refund fees, including any deposit and later balance already paid. |
| E. Missed pickup / missed departure / no-show caused by customer | No refund. |
| F. Incorrect/incomplete customer information prevents the service from being provided | No refund. |
| G. Customer has checked in / boarded / started / used part of service | No refund for unused or uncompleted portions. |
Other refund rules
- A stricter product-specific cancellation rule applies only if it was clearly displayed on the product page before payment. A stricter rule that was not shown before payment does not apply.
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
- After Stripe accepts a refund, the time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
- Cash, local, and on-site fees are outside the online refund.
- You cannot cancel or change a date yourself on this website. Please contact SamuiToday with your booking number and travel date.
