Your exact pickup time will be confirmed through the contact details provided in your booking once we receive your accommodation information.
Please be ready in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before pickup. Shared transfers cannot wait for late guests.
Hotels with difficult vehicle access may require a nearby meeting point.
Hotels outside the standard pickup area may have an additional transfer charge or pickup may not be available.
