About this tour
Koh Phangan Discovery is a shared join-in jeep safari around Koh Phangan. A guide goes with the group. The drive can take in elephant feeding, Than Sadet, temples, beaches, and a Thai lunch. The places actually visited change with the day.
Choose the option for the island where you are staying, and choose whether elephant feeding is part of your day. Feeding is included only on the With Elephant Feeding options. The activity is feeding.
From Koh Samui, hotel pickup is between 06:30 and 07:00. The round-trip Lomprayah ferry and the hotel transfers on Koh Samui are included. The ferry to Koh Phangan leaves at 08:00 and arrives at 08:30. Vehicles cannot collect passengers on the pier. Walk to the parking area at the beginning of the pier and meet the staff holding a "Phangan Discovery" sign. You need to be back for the return ferry at 17:00. It arrives at Koh Samui at 17:30, and the hotel drop-off follows. That boat leaves little spare time after lunch, so an afternoon stop on a Samui departure may be shortened or left out.
From Koh Phangan, hotel pickup is at approximately 09:00 and varies with the hotel location. Drop-off is at your hotel on Koh Phangan. The ferry is not included. A Phangan departure can stay out longer than a Samui departure. The stops can still change.
When the route allows, the day may include Than Sadet beach and waterfall, Wat Khao Tham, the ancient Yang Na Yai tree, Haad Rin, Thai lunch at Haad Chao Phao, Mae Haad and the Koh Ma sandbar, and a Chinese temple. Further sightseeing stops are added only when there is time. No stop is promised on every departure.
The price includes the guide, a Thai lunch, water and soft drinks, and accident insurance, plus the transfers that belong to the option you book.
