After arriving at Tree Bridge, guests receive a safety briefing and are fitted with the necessary safety equipment before starting the zipline course. Professional staff assist throughout the activity.

Free round-trip transfer is available from Maenam, Bophut, Chaweng, Choeng Mon and Lamai. Additional transfer charges may apply outside the standard service area, and accommodation on a mountain may require a private transfer.

Know before you go

  • Please arrive 20–30 minutes before your activity time if travelling there yourself. Tree Bridge is located on a mountain; a pickup truck or 4WD vehicle is recommended if driving yourself.
  • Wear comfortable clothes and sports shoes or sneakers. Avoid bringing expensive jewellery or unnecessary valuables. A small camera or action camera is more suitable than a large camera during the activity.
  • After the zipline, there is approximately 30 minutes of leisure time. Tan Rua Waterfall is nearby, about 200 metres away.
  • Please have a photo of your passport or ID saved on your phone on the travel day for insurance registration at check-in. Insurance coverage is subject to the operator’s terms and conditions.

FAQ

Is Tree Bridge Zipline suitable for first-timers?

Yes. No previous ziplining experience is required. A safety briefing is provided before the activity, and trained staff will guide you throughout the course. Please follow the staff’s safety instructions at all times.

Can someone come with me without doing the zipline?

Yes. A friend or family member can come along without joining the zipline activity. There is a 400 THB per person round-trip transportation fee. Please let us know when making your booking so we can arrange the transfer. The transportation fee can be paid directly to the driver.

How physically demanding is the Tree Bridge Zipline course?

You do not need to be an athlete, but the activity involves outdoor movement and some walking between parts of the course. The terrain is in a mountain and forest setting, so guests should consider their own physical condition before booking and check the Not Suitable information on this page.
