Pickup information

Standard pickup areas are Lamai, Maenam, Chaweng, Chaweng Noi, Choeng Mon, Plai Laem, Bophut, Bangrak, and Fisherman’s Village.
The selected booking time is the activity start time, not the hotel pickup time.
For the 10:00 activity, hotel pickup is approximately 09:00. For the 14:00 activity, hotel pickup is approximately 13:00. Your exact pickup time will be confirmed after we receive your hotel details.
Please be ready in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before pickup. Shared transfers cannot wait for late guests.
Remote, steep, hillside, or difficult-access locations may require a nearby meeting point or an additional transfer arrangement.
